We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our farming operations.
If you cancel within 7 days of making your booking and before tree assignment, you will receive a full refund (100%) of the lease amount.
If you cancel between 8-30 days after booking, you will receive a 50% refund. A 50% fee is retained to cover administrative and initial tree preparation costs.
If you cancel more than 30 days after booking (tree already assigned and care initiated), you will receive a 25% refund. The remaining 75% covers care costs already incurred.
Once your tree has flowered or begun fruiting, no refunds are available as the harvest cycle has already begun. You will receive your full harvest as contracted.

If your mangoes arrive damaged or spoiled:
You may transfer your tree lease to another person with our approval. A nominal transfer fee of ₹500 may apply. Contact us for transfer procedures.
