Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our farming operations.

Cancellation Within 7 Days of Booking

If you cancel within 7 days of making your booking and before tree assignment, you will receive a full refund (100%) of the lease amount.

Cancellation 8-30 Days After Booking

If you cancel between 8-30 days after booking, you will receive a 50% refund. A 50% fee is retained to cover administrative and initial tree preparation costs.

Cancellation After 30 Days

If you cancel more than 30 days after booking (tree already assigned and care initiated), you will receive a 25% refund. The remaining 75% covers care costs already incurred.

Cancellation After Flowering/Fruiting

Once your tree has flowered or begun fruiting, no refunds are available as the harvest cycle has already begun. You will receive your full harvest as contracted.

2. How to Cancel

To cancel your tree lease, please contact us through any of the following methods:

Please include your booking ID and the reason for cancellation in your request.

3. Refund Process

Once your cancellation request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed
  • Bank processing times may vary (typically 5-7 business days)

4. Force Majeure / Natural Calamities

In case of natural calamities (floods, droughts, severe storms) or disease outbreaks affecting your tree's yield:

  • If harvest falls below guaranteed minimum: We will provide additional mangoes from other trees or offer a proportional refund
  • If tree is completely destroyed: You will receive a full refund or can choose to be assigned a new tree for the next season
  • We maintain crop insurance to protect against such events

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Farm visit fees (if charged separately)
  • Any mangoes already delivered to you
  • Service or delivery charges (if applicable)

6. Delivery Issues

If your mangoes arrive damaged or spoiled:

  • Contact us within 24 hours with photos of the damaged goods
  • We will either send a replacement shipment or provide a partial refund
  • Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery

7. Transfer of Lease

You may transfer your tree lease to another person with our approval. A nominal transfer fee of ₹500 may apply. Contact us for transfer procedures.

8. Disputes

If you have any concerns about your refund or cancellation, please contact our customer service team. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly.
