By accessing and using the Parvatha Mango Farms tree leasing service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Our tree leasing service allows you to lease a mango tree for one fruit season. The lease includes:
Full payment for the tree lease must be made at the time of booking. Payment can be made via the methods specified on our website or through direct coordination via WhatsApp. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and excludes delivery charges.
We guarantee the minimum harvest weight mentioned in your selected package. In case of natural calamities, disease, or other unforeseen circumstances affecting your tree's yield, we will either provide mangoes from another tree or offer a proportional refund.
All tree care, maintenance, watering, pruning, and pest management are the responsibility of Parvatha Mango Farms. Lessees should not attempt to care for or harvest from the tree themselves without prior written permission.
Lessees are welcome to visit the farm and see their tree by scheduling a visit in advance. Farm visits must be coordinated through our booking system. We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur during farm visits.
Mangoes will be harvested at optimal ripeness and will be coordinated with you to pick it up. In case of Delivery, We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the lessee.
Parvatha Mango Farms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or consumption of the mangoes provided.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
